Professional Experience
Kent serves a variety of public and private companies in the software, real estate, distribution, franchising, manufacturing, retailing, technology, hospitality and transportation industries.  He has significant experience with SEC financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, handling multi-location engagements and corporate finance transactions.  Kent has assisted numerous clients with public and private debt and equity offerings, including initial and secondary public offerings.  Kent has expertise with ERISA and DOL rules and regulations.  Kent serves as a concurring reviewer and SEC financial reporting specialist.

Kent was the managing partner of the Salt Lake City office of Arthur Anderson LLP.  He also served as the firm’s director of litigation services for the Salt Lake City practice.  Kent has extensive experience in conducting due diligence investigations for mergers and acquisitions.
